Deep ruby red, purple hints, clean tonality; very good bottle fermentation; good glyceric mass.
Salami, hors d’oeuvre, savoury pastas and risotti, red and/or fat meats and any dish according to local tradition and personal taste.

A sparkling all round wine, made with the sapient blend of Barbera and Bonarda, whose origins date back to the Roman Empire: Gutturnium was a big, silver cup – obviously for wine.
